THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING ZOLANO FURNITURE

Each component of your sofa carries different warranty periods. Please read carefully before submitting claims as charges for non-warranty claims can apply. Claim in person immediately at the store of purchase.

This warranty card must be STAMP with the chop an authorized ZOLANO Dealer to be effective.

This warranty is only valid when both receipt and warranty certificate are presented to our store. (MUST) Otherwise we have the rights to failure on this warranty.

The management of ZOLANO reserves the rights and discretion on the Term and Conditions of the warranty.

FABRIC & LEATHER COVERINGS

This warranty does not cover Fabric/Leather coverings.

LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR FRAME

All frames (materials that hold the structure of the lounge). This does not cover accidental damage from moving the lounge, improper use of the lounge and/or commercial application.

3 YEARS FILLING WARRANTY

Any sagging on cushion foam in the seat areas more than 2 inch.

All foams, on pillow top design lounges, back/headrest and armrest foams, webbing and filling loss of resilience in foams is normal part of these designs and not covered by warranty is considered normal use and is not a defect. Not allow “jumping” on them.

2 YEARS MECHANISM, ACCESSORIES, STITCHING

The mechanism warranty excluding batteries, transformers and handle for manual recliner.

WEAR & TEAR

Over time, your suite may show signs of use, spring, foams, webbing, fillings and the leather itself will soften and loosen over time, and the associated ‘comfort creases’ may appear. Like an expensive jacket or pair of shoes, leather will ‘wear in’.
